Our Mission

The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its congressional charter

and the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

The American Red Cross requires a background check for all of its volunteers. You will be directed to an outside website to complete your background check and will need to notify us once your background check is complete.

Click "Get Started"
Check "I am a candidate for volunteering"
Complete the survey and make sure to include your drivers license information.
